Portsmouth Names Edward G. Hargis as Police Chief

City Manager Kenneth Chandler appointed Edward G. Hargis, 45, of Camden, NJ as the new Police Chief in Portsmouth. Chief Hargis is an 18 year veteran of the Camden, NJ Police Department with 22 years total as a police officer.
