I don't know how many times I've seen eratic drivers swerve towards me, or go really slow then really fast, to pass them and see they're on a cellphone. A guy in DC (where it is illegal) almost slammed into the back of me the other day because he was gabbing on cell phone. I hate excessive government regulations but this is a safety issue.
