Psimas appears to support the Police and Fire departments - not what is need for the neighbours - this is a case of not representing consitituents. Psimas' action on several occasions reflects her own impossition of values on Portsmouth - done without conslutation with civic leagues. Is this the type of Mayor Portsmouth needs, or one that consults with citizens and governs wisely?
