I don’t get a chance to pat Pilotonline on the back too often but every now and then they do something right.

Recently, they added some enhancements to the user experience by fortifying the comments sections on various articles.

PilotOnline.com and HamptonRoads.com readers have yet another way to control comments they see on stories: You can now choose to hide all comments from specific users. -=SOURCE=-

This is a good thing. There are several people who comment on various articles that I would like to delete from the Interwebs altogether. But this is a start. A mute button if you will.

Now if I could only mute of couple of the editorialists. But in due time.
