After the perverted Letterman joked about Governor Palin’s daughter being raped in Yankee Stadium and the subsequent outrage, he made a non-apology on his show and invited her to the show.

Governor Palin’s response?  Perfect:

“The Palins have no intention of providing a rating’s boost for David Letterman by appearing on his show,” the Alaska governor’s rep said in a statement to FOXNews.com. “Plus, it would be wise to keep Willow away from David Letterman.“

My emphasis added.

I would have expected no less from Governor Palin.  Please keep in mind, I am not one of the conservatives who is completely enamored with the Governor.  I think she’s dynamic, smart and a good conservative.  But I am not “all about” her.  But what that sleezy Letterman said was wrong.
