Apparently, a student in Portland, Maine’s Bonny Eagle High School blew a kiss to his mother and was denied his diploma.

This is almost as bad as the Virginia Beach school who wouldn’t let a young lady graduate because of inflexibility on the part of one of Governor Kaine’s staff.
