I am flattered that you have mentioned me in your blog, but as of now I am just trying to do the best job that I can for Mr. Moss. Has anyone else stumbled upon a conveniently hidden link in Norfolk's web page at http://www.norfolk.gov/Human_Resources/ComPlan.asp? Why is this information omitted from the City Code? It's an ordinance isn't it? The only difference between between Moss and Blagokevich is their chosen method for lining their pockets. But they are in a close tie when it comes to political corruption and abuse of power.
