Barack Obama’s aunt is an illegally in the US

Well no wonder he’s so soft on immigration!  He has personal reasons to not want to push the issue about illegal immigrants in this country.

WASHINGTON — Barack Obama’s aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.  -=SOURCE=-

So the question is now, is Barack Obama culpable for not dealing with this situation?  I know he’s an Illinois Senator, but if he knew about the illegal status of his Aunt, should he have done something?

According to the AP, it’s apparently not a “criminal” offense for her to be here.  I’m not sure how that works.  I guess since she may have entered the country legally and just refused to leave.

If I, as a police officer, am aware of a crime, and don’t report it, I can be held criminally responsible.  Does it work the same for Senators?

The age old question.  How much did he know and when did he know it?

    Makes me think,
    Sat in a Church for 20 years but didn’t know Wright was a racist, Did business with Ayers for 15 years but didn’t know he was a terrioist. Bought property from Resko but didn’t know he was shady. Didn’t know Dr. Khalid Abdullah was anti Semite. Didn’n know Auntie Zeituni is here illegally (living in Public Housing and contributing to his campaign illegally). Sent a Director from his campaign to a meeting with Islamic Terriost but didn’t know. Seems to me he doesn’t know some very important things….or did he and is not being honest! Obama is a dangerous man!
