First, on the advice of her attorney, she does not abide by the agreement she made with the State Corporation Commission and now this.
While I won’t speculate as to whether this is legal or not, it should be a clue to her investors, potential investors and the City of Portsmouth about her business ethics. They are questionable at best.
Shut it down Senator Lucas. Just shut the project down. You are backing yourself into a corner and sooner or later you are going to make a decision that is going to be very costly. Just a prognostication.
