Louise Lucas continues to scam…

188021 Am I the only one that saw this coming?  Maybe not this exact scenario.  Were I an investor in this project, I would be demanding my money back.

According to the document, Lucas bought shares in the conference center for about 2 cents each while her investors paid $1.33 each. In all, she spent about $139,000 for her 7.5 million shares, an 84 percent stake, while investors anted more than $1.9 million for the remaining 1.44 million shares, according to the investment disclosure.  -=SOURCE=-

First, on the advice of her attorney, she does not abide by the agreement she made with the State Corporation Commission and now this.

While I won’t speculate as to whether this is legal or not, it should be a clue to her investors, potential investors and the City of Portsmouth about her business ethics.  They are questionable at best.

Shut it down Senator Lucas.  Just shut the project down.  You are backing yourself into a corner and sooner or later you are going to make a decision that is going to be very costly.  Just a prognostication.

    Let’s just hope the voters in District 18 will be wise enough to vote her out of office when her term expires. Virginia does not need representation like this.

    Perhaps Senator Lucas would look good in an orange jumpsuit. Her behavior is criminally disgusting, serving only her own self interest.
