Comments on: 7-11 Stores franchised locally… SUCK

I’m out here in Utah, and I was just pointing this out to my husband last night, about “what happened to all of the americans working at the 7-11’s?” It’s this new franchise thing. So did they fire these americans who worked there? And along with them went the friendly customer service, cleanliness, and fresh products. What is our country coming to????

I agree too. But I also like 5000 Portsmouth Blvd. Employees are great, love to talk, and will do anything for you.

You’re right, most 7-11’s suck. Frederick Blvd being the exception. I worked in a 7 11 in college, 11 to 7 in a college town in New York, bars close at 4 am,I usually shudder when I enter one. Luckily it was across the street from the town PD, 1/2 mile from the State barracks, and a couple blocks from the county sheriff. There was always someone with a gun and a badge coming or going…like that time the guy with the knife shows up…oh how we laughed!

Latex gloves… criminals buy them so they won’t leave fingerprints when doing their thing…

I agree with you. The 7-Elevens now really suck. I went into the one on Western Branch Blvd the other morning for some coffee (I wanted a McCain cup) and they didn’t even have half and half. I’ll just keep on going to Wawa.

BTW, what’s the significance of selling single latex gloves?
