“Well golly!” As Gomer would say… "Surprise surprise surprise!!!" NOT!
Oct 31st, 2008 by Scott

It would seem that Barack Obama is already back peddling.  Again.  This is becoming a matter of routine for this presidential candidate. Barack Obama’s senior advisers have drawn up plans to lower expectations for his presidency if he wins next week’s election, amid concerns that many of his euphoric supporters are harboring unrealist [...]

10 Arrested during daylight prostitution sting
Oct 30th, 2008 by Scott

We could probably debate the effectiveness and the constitutionality of police operations like this all day.  And you could probably tell me how it’s a violation of constitutional rights and I could quote case laws where “high” courts have decided it is not. But I don’t care who you are or which side of that particular argu [...]

There are places in Portsmouth where you can stand in the parking lot of one 7-11 and just about see the sign for another. As police officers learning the streets, we use 7-11s as landmarks for block numbers and such.  If we are w [...]

This particular post should probably be an entire category by itself.  I have so many of them.  Today, it’s web design. With the proliferation of web logs, content management systems and web site portal systems, anyone can throw a company together, give it a name and be in the web site design business. There is so much more to it th [...]
